HISTORY: Mrs. McLain was born July 24, 1953 in Wadesboro, NC a daughter of the late J. B. Williams and Annie Gainey Boone Williams. She was a graduate of Bowman High School and attended Anson TEC where she received her LPN. Mrs. McLain was a former nurse with Lillie Bennett Nursing Home. Agnes was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, taking care of her dog, and shopping at Fred's. In addition to her parents, Agnes was also preceded in death by her husband, Tony Floyd McLain; brother Grady Boone; and four sisters, Sue Meachum, Helen Williams, Willie Mae Ricketts, and Peggy Robertson.
