GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 5:00 PM, Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Zoar United Methodist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: immediately following the service in the church Fellowship Hall

HISTORY: Mrs. Brock was born December 25, 1908 in Sanford, NC a daughter of the late William Joseph and Fannie Sellers Hinson. She was a homemaker and a member of Zoar United Methodist Church. Mrs. Brock enjoyed cooking, working in her flowers, growing vegetables, and most of all, sharing them with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Brock; and 1 brother, Dan Hinson.

1 Son: Charles (Fannie) Brock of Wingate, NC
1 Daughter: Barbara (Frank) Driggers of Cheraw, SC
3 Grandchildren: Marty (Tammy Lett) Shaw, Phillip Scot Shaw both of Chesterfield, SC, and Todd Brock of Wingate, NC
3 Great Grandchildren: Cam Shaw of Rock Hill, SC and his mother, Missy Shaw, Mary Lynn Woodward, and Brandi (Pee Wee) Jordan both of Chesterfield, SC
5 Great-Great Grandchildren: Dylan, Taylor, and Noah Woodward, Will and Brandin Jordan
