FUNERAL SERVICE: 5:30 PM, Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at St. Paul United Methodist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in the Chesterfield Cemetery

VISITATION: is 4:30 - 5:30 PM, June 5, 2013 prior to the service in the Church Fellowship Hall

HISTORY: Mrs. Hendrick was born April 25, 1919 in Gaffney, SC a daughter of the late Samuel Edward and Sarah Huckey Sarratt. She was a graduate of Gaffney High School, and received her BA degree from Limestone College. Mrs. Hendrick was a retired teacher with the Chesterfield County School System with 37 years of service. Alice was a faithful member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, where she was a former choir member and a member of the UMW. She enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Atlanta Braves and Clemson Tiger fan. In addition to her parents, Alice was also preceded in death by her husband Jack N. Hendrick Sr., and five brothers, and four sisters.

2 Sons: Jack Nelson (Ann) Hendrick Jr. and Joe S. Hendrick both of Chesterfield, SC
2 Grandchildren: Jack Nelson (Nikki) Hendrick, III of Sumter, SC and Alyson Hendrick (Adam) Dyar of Seneca, SC
Great Grandson: Hudson Eli Hendrick
Caregivers: Mary Sellers, Rachel Curtis, and Beverly Gaskins
