Alice Gail Ayers

Cheraw, SC

Ms. Alice Gail Davis Ayers, age 71, entered into rest on Monday, January 7, 2019 at her home. A Celebration of Life Service will be 5:00 PM Sunday, January 13, 2019 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Kenneth Lindsey with the eulogy being delivered by her son, Robert Stout. The family will greet friends Sunday from 4:00 – 5:00PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Ayers was born April 4, 1947 in Harristown, IL a daughter of the late William and Lila Davis. She was a former employee of Disney World prior to moving to SC. After moving to SC, Alice enjoyed spending time meeting people at the Freeze King restaurant. She enjoyed working with crafts and loved animals.

Ms. Ayers was the last surviving member of her immediate family and in addition to her parents and siblings she was also preceded in death by her son, Ross Stout.

Survivors include her children, Robert (Patricia) Stout of Chesterfield, SC, Ronald (Shannon) Stout of Little Elm, TX, and Rod (Angela) Stout of Cullman, AL, Ryan Wyatt Stout of Brevard County, FL, Angel Stewart and Jennifer Stewart both of NC; daughter-in-law, Christina Stout of Hollywood, SC; 16 grandchildren; and her beloved 4-legged companion, “Bandit.”
