Mr. Arthur Wright, Jr., age 55, entered into rest on Monday, July 31, 2017 at his home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Pine Grove Freewill Baptist Church, 1616 McBee Hwy, Kershaw, SC by David Roscoe and Brent Taylor with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mr. Wright was born August 23, 1961 in Monroe, NC a son of the late A.W. and Lottie Reynolds Wright. He was a retired employee of Jefferson Barns and Lumber of Sumter and a member of Almetta Baptist Church. A true outdoorsman, Arthur enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Arthur was also preceded in death by his brother, John David Wright.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Tammy Griggs Wright of the home; daughter, Renee (Christopher) Freeman of Jefferson, SC; 2 grandchildren, Emma and Ava Freeman; Special uncle and aunt whom he loved dearly, Thomas “Bo” Self and Zetia McGraw; and his beloved pet, “Molly”.
