Barbara Dutton McClamrock

Mrs. Barbara Dutton McClamrock, age 82, formerly of Pageland, SC, entered into rest on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Thompson Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. McClamrock was born March 7, 1939 in Ruby, SC a daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson and Lucy Katie Rivers Dutton. She was a life-long seamstress and enjoyed attending White Plains Baptist Church while living in Pageland. Barbara enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. McClamrock was also preceded in death by her husband, James “Jimmy” Kimber McClamrock; and siblings, Kathy Faulkenberry, Hugh Dutton, Ronnie Dutton, Harry Dutton, and J.T. Dutton.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly (Robert) Childers of Charlotte, NC; grandson, Wesley (Somer) Childers of Mint Hill, NC; great grandchildren, Colton, Bryson, and Annalyn Childers; siblings, Mitchell W. (Cynthia) Dutton of Wadesboro, NC, Graylon (Juanita) Dutton of Cheraw, SC, Irma Rivers of Jefferson, SC; sisters-in-law, Linda Dutton of Mt. Croghan, SC, Dean Dutton, and Pat Dutton both of Chesterfield, SC; numerous nieces and nephews, and her extended family for the last 12 years at Brookdale Monroe Square Assisted Living of Monroe, NC.
