Betty H. Davidson

Chesterfield, SC

     Mrs. Betty Hill Davidson, age 90, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Thompson Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends following the service in the cemetery.

     Mrs. Davidson was born on June 15, 1934 in Concord, NC a daughter of the late Elbert B. and Monnie Hill Causby. Mrs. Davidson was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She supported her husband for over 20 years while he served in the military; including a tour in Vietnam. Mr. and Mrs. Davidson enjoyed traveling and visited many places throughout their lives together. Betty was a woman of faith who attended Thompson Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed collecting antiques and gardening. Most of all, Betty loved family gatherings and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

     In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davidson was preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Davidson; and Brother, Ray Causby.

    Survivors include her children, Tim (Pat) Davidson of Chesterfield, SC, Myra A. Reese of Beaufort, SC, Linda (Mark) Lubben of Driftwood, TX; grandchildren, Kristin, Theresa, Weston, Monica, Daniel, Matthew; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Isaac, Naomi, Caleb, Haylee, Sabastian, Hannah; and brother, Steve Causby of Concord, NC.
