Betty Oliver

Mrs. Betty Fincher Oliver, age 67, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at her home. A Celebration of Life service will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Ruby Baptist Church by Pastor Ronald Thurman. The family will greet friends in the sanctuary of the church from 2:15 – 3:00 PM.

Mrs. Oliver was born July 3, 1949 in Pageland, SC a daughter of the late Louie Vernon and Doris Nicholson Fincher. She was a member of Ruby Baptist Church. Mrs. Oliver enjoyed fishing, going to flea markets and auctions, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her brothers, Billy R. Fincher and Ronnie Fincher.

Survivors include her son, Gregory Philip Oliver and wife Paula of Foley, AL; her beloved companion of 22 years, Fred Eddins of the home; loving sister, Sheila F. (Bobby Sikes) Wright of Chesterfield, SC; and her beloved grandchildren, Colt Oliver of Chesterfield, SC, Katie and Sydni Oliver of Foley, AL
