Beverly Ann Teal Gaskins

Chesterfield, SC

Mrs. Beverly Ann Teal Gaskins, age 77, entered into rest on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at her home. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery by Pastor Fred McDaniel. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery and other times at the home.

Mrs. Gaskins was born January 31, 1943 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late James Wilson and Lillian Lee Teal. She was a retired caregiver and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Beverly enjoyed working in her flowers, watching hummingbirds, and was an avid reader. She will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Gaskins was also preceded in death by her husband, Delbert “Mack” Gaskins; brother, Ozzie Teal; and sister-in-law, Betty Brooks Teal.

Survivors include her children, Paula Rivers of Chesterfield, SC, and Tammy Gaskins of Cheraw, SC; granddaughter, Crystal Phillips; great-grandchildren, Arianna Phillips-Hunt, and Brennan Smith; brothers, Richard Gerald (Karen) Teal of Lilesville, NC, James Wilson “Bill” (Janice) Teal of Covington, GA, Edward Arnold Teal of Columbia, SC; sister, Elizabeth Teal (Roger) Dean of Norwood, NC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
