Mr. Billy S. Shaw, age 76, entered into rest on Thursday, July 20, 2017. Funeral Services will be 5:00 PM Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Lower Macedonia Baptist Church by Dr. Lindsey Powell and Rev. James Knotts with burial to follow in the Lower Macedonia Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mr. Shaw was born January 30, 1941 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Oscar Samuel and Alma Lewis Shaw. He was a retired employee of Chesterfield Webbing with over 40 years of service and a faithful member of Lower Macedonia Baptist Church. His hobbies included fishing and watching racing, but the most cherished time was spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Billy was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Nina Lynn Moore; brothers, J.W., Wilson “Speedy”, James, and Murdock Shaw.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 55 years, Pat C. Shaw of the home; son, Sammy (Pam) Shaw of Society Hill, SC; daughter, Tammy (Chris Roscoe) Gulledge of Chesterfield, SC; nephew and son of the heart, Marty (Tammy) Shaw of Chesterfield, SC; grandchildren, Sheila (Anthony “Bone”) Allen, and Justin Shaw both of Patrick, SC, Nicholas Gulledge, and Crystal Gulledge both of Chesterfield, SC, and Amber Shaw of Patrick, SC; great grandchildren, Daulton, Stormy, Justin, Lyndon, River, and Jace; brother, Johnny (Avanella) Shaw of Mt. Croghan, SC; sister, Ruby (Johnny) Winburn of Cassatt, SC; close friend, Mike Moore of Chesterfield, SC; also numerous nieces and nephews.
