Bobby B. Price

 Mr. Bobby B. Price, age 87, entered into rest early Tuesday morning, February 25, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving family. A Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, March 3, 2025 at Fork Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery officiated by his daughter, Dawn Steen. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery and also at the Price home anytime on Sunday.

 Mr. Price was born June 17, 1937 in Jefferson, SC a son of the late Ed and Leona Rollings Price. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired employee of Conbraco. Following his retirement, Bobby enjoyed farming, working on cars, and was simply known as a “Jack of all trades.” He also enjoyed gardening and would grow a huge garden each year just to share with neighbors and friends. A man who always had a friendly demeanor, Bobby never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to people.

 In addition to his parents, Mr. Price was also preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Norma Hatcher Price; and brothers, James “Spar” Price, Wade “Punk” Price, and Gene Price.

 Survivors include his children, Rodney (Ann) Price of Jefferson, SC, and Dawn Steen of Archdale, NC; grandchildren, Jada (Daniel) Hazlett of Asheboro, NC, and Macie (Aaron) Sheehan of Asheboro, NC; great grandchildren, Hatcher, Samuel, Olivia, Jonathan, Ophelia, Sullivan, Charlie, and Lennon; brother, Joe (Karen) Price of Ohio; sister, Sylvia MacDonald of Ohio; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fork Creek United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 309, Jefferson, SC 29718.
