Brinnon Joel Raffaldt

Mr. Brinnon Joel Raffaldt, age 50, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Thompson Creek Baptist Church by Dr. Ronnie Grizzle, Dr. William Rivers, and Rev. Tony Rivers with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Saturday prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Raffaldt was born September 8, 1969 in Chesterfield, SC a son of Carroll Brinnon and Myrtle Boatwright Raffaldt. He was a graduate of Chesterfield High School and a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church. Mr. Raffaldt was also a member of the SC Army State Guard. Brinnon was employed with Lanesboro Correctional Institution as a Corrections Officer, and was a member of the Special Force Pert Team. Brinnon was a master carpenter who could build anything. He also enjoyed fishing and working in the garden.

Survivors include his sons, Timothy Clark of Chesterfield, SC, Brinnon Chase Raffaldt of Polkton, NC, Bredai (Jeremiah) Snyder of Greenville, SC, and Kendall Marie (John) Boatwright of Darlington, SC; granddaughter, Grace Snyder; parents, Carroll & Myrtle Raffaldt of Chesterfield, SC; grandmother, Ruby Raffladt of Chesterfield, SC; brother, Christopher Raffaldt of Chesterfield, SC; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
