HISTORY: Mr. Watford was born September 17, 1979, in Florence, SC, a son of James Edward "Jimmy" Watford and the late Mary Frances Tyner Watford. He attended Chesterfield High School, where he played football and was a member of the wrestling team. Mr. Watford was employed in the Fencing and Construction Business. Caleb was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Patrick Baptist Church.
