Carl Douglas Graves

Mr. Carl Douglas Graves, age 77, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the home of his sister, Susie Bowen. Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church Cemetery by Pastor Robby Bragg. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.

Mr. Graves was born April 13, 1942 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Hubert Carl and Estelle White Graves. He was a retired diesel mechanic and a member of Living Waters Baptist Church. An avid outdoorsman, Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Graves was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Ronnie Graves and James Fredrick Graves.

Survivors include his daughter, Tonya Graves (Bill) Branham of Lexington, SC; granddaughters, Taylor and Brantley; siblings, Barbara Bosworth of Carthage, NC, Steve Graves of Aberdeen, NC, and Susie Bowen of Forest City, NC; 2 special aunts and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
