HISTORY: Mrs. Crowley was born May 6, 1955 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late Paul J. Wallace, Sr. and Janie Mae Dixon Wallace. She was a former CNA and retired as housekeeping/laundry supervisor at Cheraw Healthcare. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was also preceded in death by a brother James Edward Wallace.

5 Grandchildren: Mara Shaine and Aden Crowley, Reagan and Abigail Spivey, and Cody Mac Wallace
1 Brother: Paul (Linda) Wallace, Jr. of Gibson, NC
