Carroll Kelly

Mr. Carroll Kelly, age 84, entered into rest on Friday, December 2, 2016. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Monday, December 5, 2016 in the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Chad Vick and Pastor Louis Perez with burial to follow in the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with masonic rites. The family will greet friends from 2:00 -3:00 PM Monday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Kelly was born June 20, 1932 in Marlboro County, SC a son of the late Butler and Wilma Leviner Kelly. He was a retired employee of Pee Dee ABC store of Cheraw. Mr. Kelly was a member of Cheraw Masonic Lodge 15, and a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, Carroll was also preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin, Leon, Wilson, and James Butler “J.B.” Kelly; sisters, Addie K. Ratliff, Meater Driggers Burr, and Nell Bradshaw.

Survivors include his son, J. Ted Vick of Chesterfield, SC; daughters, Starr (Rev. Lonnie) Melton of Chesterfield, SC and Donna (Mike Miller) Kelly of Lancaster, SC; 7 grandchildren, Maci Blackmon, Chloe Blackmon, Kelli (David) Gainey, Brandy (Gene) Teal, Ted (Melissa) Vick, Pastor Chad (Tara) Vick, and Ashley (Marc) LaPointe; 8 great grandchildren; and long-time friend, Johnny Streater of Cheraw, SC.
