VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Tuesday at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, Chesterfield, SC
HISTORY: Mr. Caulder was born December 1, 1924, in Chesterfield County, a son of the late Allie Jackson and Nezzie Rushing Caulder. He was a graduate of Cheraw High School and attended Clemson University. Mr. Caulder was a retired teacher with Cheraw High School. He was a Sergeant with the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII, having completed 208 flights over the Hump as radio operator and mechanic. Charlie was a lifelong faithful member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church, where he served as permanent Trustee and was chairman of the Cemetery Committee for many years. He enjoyed working on and restoring antique and classic cars. Charlie was first married to the late Nathalie Short Caulder and then to the late Dezzie Hall Caulder, and was also preceded in death by a brother, Edward L. Caulder and by 2 sisters, Valdese Patterson and Katie Grant.

Susan (John) Jennings of Columbia, SC
1 Brother: Jack Caulder of Auburn, CA
1 Sister: Janie L. Howle of Cheraw, SC
