HISTORY: Chloe was born December 22, 2008, in Cheraw, SC, the daughter of Ronald Thomas and Melinda Lea Evans Harrington. She was preceded in death by her Great Grandparents, Earl Harrington, Sr., Eldon Moore, Edward and Azilee Terry, and by a Special Aunt, Doris Terry Price.
