Clyde Steven Hartis

Mr. Clyde Steven Hartis, age 56, entered into rest on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 22, 2022 from the chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 4:00 to 5:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday.

Mr. Hartis was born on July 29, 1965 to Brenda Langley McManus and the late Donald Hartis. Steven worked in construction for most of his life including plumbing and fencing. Mr. Hartis enjoyed being in nature. He loved fishing and going for walks.

In addition to his father, Mr. Hartis is also preceded in in death by his son, Seven Eugene Hartis; and his sister, Carolyn Crawford.

Survivors include his mother, Brenda L. McManus of Pageland, SC; siblings, Dorothy (Steve Newton) Patterson of Monroe, NC, Donald “Timmy” (Debbie Ballard) Hartis of Pageland, SC, Sherry (Dean) Hayes of Jefferson, SC, Lynn (Russell Hardin) Deese of Pageland, SC; step-children, Amber Gibbs of Lancaster, SC, Johnny (Kristin) Hendrix of Pageland, SC; brother-in-law, Lloyd Crawford of Pageland, SC; brother of the heart, Donald Deason of Pageland, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
