Curtis Edward Miles

 Mr. Curtis Edward Miles, age 61, entered into rest on Thursday, August 29, 2024. At this time there are no formal services planned.

 Mr. Miles was born April 14, 1963 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Lloyd and Lucille Kirkley Miles. Curtis sold grit newspapers around Jefferson for many years. He was a man with a kind heart, who never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to everyone. Curtis loved the Lord and enjoyed attending church and worshipping the Lord. After his mother passed, he moved to the Pageland Care Facility and became reacquainted with his good friend, the late Rev. Sonny Rogers. He began attending Back to Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Sonny and enjoyed meeting new friends there. 

 In addition to his parents, Curtis was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Danny Knight.

 Survivors include his sisters, Bobbie Jean Miles and Elma Knight both of Jefferson, SC; nieces, Candace Richar of Jefferson, SC, and Valerie Knight of Charlotte, NC; great nephew, Braden Richar; and great niece, Alyssa Richar.
