Cynthia "Cindy" Johnson

 Ms. Cynthia “Cindy” Lewis Johnson, age 57, entered into rest on Friday, February 7, 2025 at her home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Dr. Robert Pothoff with burial to follow in the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family invites friends to visit at the home of her daughter, Kacy Johnson, located at 167 Brown Springs Loop in Patrick, SC, after 1:00 PM on Monday. 

Ms. Johnson was born March 8, 1967 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of the late James Brooks Lewis and Sylvia Marie White Gleich. She was a homemaker who grew up on the farm and loved the outdoors. Ms. Johnson shared a special bond with her sisters, enjoying their time together, particularly during meals out. As a devoted Nana and grandmother, she took great pride in her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Johnson was also preceded in death by her son, Christopher “Chris” Orin Johnson.

Survivors include her daughter, Kacy Johnson (Billy Davis) of Patrick, SC; grandchildren, Dakota Butler, T.J. Butler, and Taylor Butler; sisters, Darlene Melton (Ricky Teal), Nicky Byrd (Ricky) both of Patrick, SC, and Brandy Rushing of Cheraw, SC; in addition to numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to MRC Funeral Home, located at 318 E. Main Street, Chesterfield, SC, to assist the family during this difficult time.
