VISITATION: 4:00 - 6:00 PM, Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mr. Smith was born May 21, 1953 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Ansel and Mildred Pender Smith. He was a 1972 graduate of Chesterfield High School and was a retired Public Works Supervisor with the town of Chesterfield, with 23 years of service. Mr. Smith attended Chesterfield Church of God and enjoyed witnessing to everyone about the love of his Savior. Daryl was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding horses, going to rodeos, and spending time with his family. He was a Diamond S. Rodeo judge. Daryl was a true people person and a stranger was someone he had never met.

1 Sister: Gail S. Creech of Chesterfield, SC
