Debra L. Honeycutt

          Mrs. Debra Lee Honeycutt, age 66, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, December 3, 2023 from the chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor with the eulogy being offered by Lori Ann Anderson. The committal service will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Reverend Kenneth Lindsey. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

          Mrs. Honeycutt was born October 5, 1957 in Columbia, SC a daughter of the late H.T. and Agnes Catoe Lee. She was a 1976 graduate of McBee High School and a former employee of Caro-Knit. Debra also worked for many years as a clerk at South Main Grocery of Jefferson where she enjoyed making friendships and helping others. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church of Pageland. A lady who loved her family deeply, Debra enjoyed time spent at the beach and mountains, listening to music, and looking for a deal at the yard sales.

          In addition to her parents, Mrs. Honeycutt was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Sherry “Shi” Sellers, and Cynthia “Cindy” Marshall; and brother, Richard “Freck” Lee.

          Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Terry Honeycutt; children, Jennifer Brumett, and Cory (Alissa) Brumett both of Jefferson, SC; grandchildren, Adam, Kaylynn, and MaKenzie; brother, Michael (Ning) Lee of Augusta, GA; beloved pet of 17 years, “Lil’ Man.”

          The family will would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to hospice nurse, Erica Johnson and aide, Crystal Davenport for the exceptional love and care provided to Mrs. Debra and her family.
