 Mrs. Deloris Ann Cranford O’Neal, age 68, entered into rest on Monday, September 16, 2024. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Mount Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery by Pastor John Helms and Reverend Matt Morgan. The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3:00 PM Wednesday at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home. 

 

 Mrs. O’Neal was born October 20, 1955 in Darlington County, SC a daughter of the late Glenn and Clara Douglas Cranford. She was a 1974 graduate of Cheraw High School and a faithful member of Mount Olivet Baptist Church. Deloris served the Lord in various capacities through the years at her church, but her heart was always with the children. She was a former rural mail carrier in Patrick for over 16 years and also a former employee of Patrick Sportswear. A lady who always was looking for ways to be a blessing to others, Deloris enjoyed cooking for her family and was always there to help others in times of need. She enjoyed cross stitching, spending time on the farm with her husband, and planning and hosting Christmas get-togethers with her family.

 

 Survivors include her husband of nearly 51 years, Clarence “Buck” O’Neal of the home; son, Jamie (Sharon) O’Neal of Patrick, SC; daughter, Lucy (Nathan) Northcutt of Patrick, SC; grandchildren, Colby O’Neal of Black Mountain, NC; Austin O’Neal, and Daisy Northcutt both of Patrick, SC; great grandson, Lane Davis of Patrick, SC; brothers, Bobby Cranford of Columbia, SC; Johnny (Rosie) Cranford of Myrtle Beach, SC; and Ricky Cranford of Patrick, SC; sister, Gale (Ronnie) Parks of Colorado Springs, CO; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.

 

 The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and administration of CenterWell Home Health for their exceptional care and support provided to Mrs. O’Neal and family. 

 

 In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Mount Olivet Baptist Church “Children’s Ministries,” 1652 Mount Olivet Church Road, Patrick, SC 29584.
