HISTORY: Mr. Brigman was born January 27, 1931 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late John Jacob and Bertha Purvis Brigman. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War having served as Corporal. Donald was the retired owner and operator of Northside Grocery and McBrides Park and Shop. He was an avid gardener, and enjoyed sharing his vegetables with family and friends. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his first wife, Alma Roscoe Brigman.

9 Great Grandchildren: Ciara, Kaitlyn, Harley, Summer, Cody, Jay, Sarah, Emma, and Hayden
1 Brother: John Calvin Brigman of Miami, FL
1 Sister: Elizabeth B. Teal of Savannah, GA
