HISTORY: Mrs. Crawford was born December 7, 1928, in Pageland, SC, a daughter of the late Gary and Wincie Sanders Deese. She was a former book keeper with Crawford Furniture Company and several auto dealerships, and was a former employee with Chesterfield County Clerk of Court. Ellen was a member of Chesterfield Baptist Church, where she was a faithful choir member. Ellen was an avid animal lover and loved spending time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. In additions to her parents, Ellen was also preceded in death by her husband Charlie Thomas Crawford.

Grandchildren: Mackenzie and Michael Crawford
Brother: Harry "Goober" (Sarah) Deese of Pageland, SC
Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law: Horace and Leah Crawford of Chesterfield, SC
