GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Chesterfield Cemetery

VISITATION: will follow the service in the St. Paul United Methodist Church Parlor

HISTORY: Mrs. Wilson was born in Abbeville, SC a daughter of the late Charles Thompson and Sallie Woodhurst King. She was a graduate of Lander College with a degree in music. She retired from teaching with the Chesterfield County School District and was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma. A member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Chesterfield, SC, she served as trustee, membership secretary, chairman of worship, Sunday School teacher, and church organist. She was also involved in numerous civic and cultural activities. More recently, she lived at Laurel Crest Retirement Center in the Columbia area.
