HISTORY: Mr. Raffaldt was born October 10, 1968 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Fred Robert Raffaldt and Nellie Loretta Melton Sims. He was a carpenter, and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Freddie was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and attended Thompson Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Freddie was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Edward Sims, Jr. and by a sister, Teresa Heun.
