Gail Goodson Hedden

Pageland, SC

          Mrs. Gail Goodson Hedden, age 71, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. A private family graveside service will be held at Oakland Baptist Church officiated by Reverend Don Rhyne.

          Mrs. Hedden was born August 14, 1951 in Hartsville, SC a daughter of the late Reverend Milton L. Goodson, Sr. and Cora Lee Brigman Goodson. She was a graduate of Pageland High School and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. A devoted homemaker, Gail also enjoyed traveling to the beach with family and collecting antique barbie dolls.

          In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hedden was also preceded in death by her brother, Milton L. Goodson, Jr.

          Survivors include her children, Brian (Sonya) Sims of Lancaster, SC, and Heidi (Jerry) Chapple of Pageland, SC; grandchildren, Courtney (Patrick) Harvell of Pageland, SC, Cami Sims of Lancaster, SC, Jonathan (Emily) Chapple of Banner Elk, NC, Zachery Chapple of Pageland, SC, Jessica (Nicholas) Lauffer of Chesterfield, SC; great grandchildren, Madilyn Chapple, Lorelai Chapple, and Koda Lauffer.
