DECEASED: Mr. Gary Warren McLean, age 79, died, Thursday, August 13, 2015 at his home.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Fork Creek United Methodist Church, Jefferson, SC

INTERMENT: to follow in the Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 14, 2015, at the Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home, Chesterfield, SC

HISTORY: Mr. McLean was born March 31, 1936, in Westhope, ND, a son of the late Aldon Hector McLean and Melba Maxine Howery McLean Hallgren. He was a retired employee of Calanese Corp. with 28 years of service and a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Mr. McLean was a member of Fork Creek United Methodist Church. Gary was a member of the Masonic Lodge 385, in Rock Hill, SC, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star 131, and was a Shriner.

Wife of 52 years: Betty E. McLean of the home
Daughter: Wanda (Monty) Floyd of Mt. Croghan, SC
Grandsons: Andy Smith of Lancaster, SC and J.R. Floyd, Jr. of Mt. Croghan, SC
Great Grandson: Bentley Floyd
