Gary William Lang, 67, of Summerville, passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at his residence.

Services to honor Gary will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021.

VISITATION: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 S. Main Street, Summerville, SC 29483

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM, James A. Dyal Chapel

INTERMENT: Burial with Military Honors will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville, SC 29485

Gary was born on December 8, 1953 in Chesterfield, SC, son of the late William Jackson Lang and Annie Adams Lang of Chesterfield, SC. He was the husband of Linda Perdue Lang. Gary was a proud patriot and United States Marine Corps Veteran. He retired from Lowcountry Door Service. He was a member of the North Charleston Baptist Church. Gary was a devoted husband and father. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survivors in addition to his childhood sweetheart and wife Linda of 49 years and mother, Annie are: two children: Tracy Waldron (Curtis) of Moncks Corner and Adam Lang of Summerville; grandson: Benjamin Mize of Moncks Corner; four sisters: Bonnie Adams (Jackie) of Chesterfield, Barbara Sellers (Donny) of Chesterfield, Melinda Woodward (John) of Ruby, and Debria Carpenter (Andy) of Chesterfield; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
