George Eddwin "Eddie" Mullis

Mr. George Eddwin “Eddie” Mullis, age 49, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 2 O’clock PM, Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Rose Memorial Church-Nazarene, 1005 N Pearl St, Pageland, SC 29728,  by Rev. Scott Gibson and Jackie Steen. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Saturday prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Mullis was born June 21, 1973 in Monroe, NC a son of the late George and Ester Lorraine Mullis. Eddie was a man that worked hard to provide for his family. The beach was his favorite place to be. Spending time with his grandson Gianni was his favorite thing to do. Eddie loved his entire family deeply.

 In addition to his parents, Mr. Mullis was also preceded in death by his daughter Lauren Mullis and his brother, Jay Wayne Fincher.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Hopkins of the home; daughter, Emilee Mullis of Charlotte, NC; step-son, Michael (Amanda) Hopkins Jr. of Rock Hill, SC; his loving grandchildren, Donovan, Gianni, Novaleigh, Michael Hopkins III, and Branden Hopkins and brother, Frankie Cordell of McFarlan, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rose Memorial Church-Nazarene 1005 N Pearl St, Pageland, SC 29728
