Glen Richard Sellers

Cheraw, SC

Mr. Glen Richard Sellers, age 72, entered into rest on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at his home.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2017, from the chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home at 4:00 p.m. by Rev. Ricky Morton, Jr.  The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Sellers was born on July 6, 1945, in Chesterfield, SC.  He was a son of the late Lonnie Carson and Carrie Jane Hancock Sellers.  He was a retired Environmental Operator Assistant with the Town of Cheraw.  Glen was a true people person and always enjoyed talking with his friends and meeting new friends as well.  He attended Windsor Park Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sellers was also preceded in death by his 3 brothers, David, Gerald, and Lawson Sellers.

Survivors include his brother Billy (Mildred) Sellers of Cheraw, SC; 3 sisters, Mamie S. (Harold) Newton of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mary Katherine Meredith of Jamestown, NY, and Margie “Jean” (Len) Hart of Niangua, MO; sister-in-law, Neatus R. Sellers of Cheraw, SC; a number of nieces and nephews; and special friend Nancy Monnoyer of Cheraw, SC.
