Gloria Byrd Crenshaw

Mrs. Gloria Byrd Crenshaw, age 72, entered into rest on Monday, April 16, 2018 at her home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 20, 2018 at Lower Macedonia Baptist Church by Dr. Lindsey Powell and Phillip Caulder, Jr. with burial to follow in the Harris Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

Mrs. Crenshaw was born October 28, 1945 in Darlington, SC a daughter of the late John Byrd and Geneva Starling Brigman and was raised by step-father and mother, Jay and Geneva Brigman. She was a homemaker and member of Lower Macedonia Baptist Church. Gloria enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crenshaw was also preceded in death by 2 half-sisters, Lois Hunter and Dorothy Byrd.

Survivors include her husband, Tony M. Crenshaw; son, Tony Michael Crenshaw, II and Andrea of Patrick, SC; daughter, Amy Lynn Crenshaw and Chuck Tucker of Society Hill, SC; grandchildren, Charles Austin Tucker, Summer Jade Crenshaw, Madison Elizabeth Crenshaw, Ruby Caroline Crenshaw, and Macy McDonald; sister, Dorothy Frick of Patrick, SC; and half-sister, Dora (Otis) Gainey of Society Hill, SC.
