FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 PM, Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Fairview Baptist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in the church cemetery

VISITATION: will be 3:00 - 4:00 PM, prior to the service in the Fairview Baptist Church Fellowship Hall

HISTORY: Mr. Jenkins was born March 4, 1940 in Chesterfield County, SC a son of the late Robert and Maggie Poston Jenkins. He retired from Sonoco with 20 plus years of service, and after retirement he worked with the Chesterfield County Shop and Maintenance and also the Patrick Convenience Center. Mr. Jenkins was a member of Westfield Creek Baptist Church and attended Fairview Baptist Church, and was also a member of the Woodmen of the World Lodge 516. Grady enjoyed farming, horses, rabbit hunting with his dogs, and was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed most spending time with his grandchildren, and his great granddaughter. In addition to his parents, Grady was preceded in death by his 3 brothers, Curtis Lee, Willie, and Lonnie Jenkins.

Wife of 52 years: Eloise J. Jenkins of the home
2 Daughters: Velvet J. Jenkins and Donna Jenkins Williams both of Ruby, SC
3 Grandchildren: Brandon (Sherranna) Jenkins, Jessica (Justin) Price, Travis J. Williams
Great Granddaughter: Peyton Taylor Jenkins
