Harley W. Sheeks, Jr.

Mr. Harley W. Sheeks, Jr., age 66, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Sheeks was born August 24, 1954 in Mitchell, IN a son of the late Harley and Dorothy Sheeks. He attended Mitchell High School before joining the Marines. He was a jack of all trades who spent his life doing anything from construction to truck driving. Harley loved travel, fishing, spending time on his boat, and watching races at the dirt track. Most of all, he enjoyed the time he spent with his friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sheeks was also preceded in death by his son, Harley W. Sheeks, III; Daughter Patsy; and Sister, Evie Shoopman

Survivors include his beloved wife, Nellie Allen of the home; son, Ashley (Maze) Gulledge of Ruby, SC; daughter Amanda Self of Lancaster, SC; grandchildren, Malachi Gulledge of Ruby, SC; Ezra Gulledge of Ruby, SC; Toot Self of Lancaster, SC; and numerous friends.
