Mr. Harold W. “Buddy” Brock, age 76, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at his home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, December 3, 2016 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Dr. Alan Arnold and Phillip Caulder, Jr. with burial to follow in the Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Brock was born December 21, 1939 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Samuel Wilson and Vermelle Rivers Brock. He was the owner and operator of Brock’s Repair and a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mr. Brock enjoyed gardening, working in his yard and talking with his customers at work. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and friends, and holding his miniature dachshund, “Winkie”.

In addition to his parents, Buddy was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Myra “Susie” Joplin and Celia Johnson.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Shirley Harpe Brock of the home; son, Gregory Harold (Kammi) Brock of Patrick, SC, daughter, Cheryl (Earl) Goldsberry of Cheraw, SC, 2 brothers, David Warren Brock and Ricky Brock both of Cheraw, SC; sisters, Loretta Burton, Brenda Rollins and Judith Herndon both of Cheraw, SC, Sheila (Jimmy) Gibson of Chesterfield, SC, and Pamela (Ricky) Lee of Cheraw, SC; 3 grandchildren, Mia Little, Thomas Goldsberry, and Josh Brock; 4 great grandchildren, Kristopher Little, Lexi Little, Chelsea Goldsberry, and Jamie Lang.
