HISTORY: Mr. Carter was born April 17, 1943 in Cheraw, SC a son of the late Henry and Annie Jane Ingram Carter. He was a retired employee of the Unifi Company. Leroy was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, Leroy was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Lee Crowley and Woodrow Carter; and by his sister, Anita Gingrich.
