HISTORY: Mrs. Melton was born December 4, 1981 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of William Roger and Elizabeth Rae Hodge Roscoe. She was an Honor graduate of Chesterfield High School Class of 2000, where she was a member of the Beta Club, Vocational Honor Society, Health Occupational Class, and Chorus. Hope was manager of T &T Country Store in McBee, SC. She attended Lancaster Church of God, where she taught Children's Church. Hope was an avid home decorator, enjoyed walking and shopping, and was learning to be a "cowgirl". Her favorite color was pink. She was a true people person and shared her "sweet smile" with everyone. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Oscar Roscoe.
