DECEASED: Mrs. Jackie Gaddy age 84, went home to be with her Lord, Friday, December 6, 2013.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 PM, Monday, December 9, 2013 at Sandy Plains United Methodist Church, Morven, NC

INTERMENT: will follow in the Church Cemetery

VISITATION: 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mrs. Gaddy was born August 15, 1929 in High Point, NC a daughter of the late Ellis Stancil and Lessie Vaughn Threadgill. Jackie was raised by her aunt, Anna Chewning, after the death of her mother when she was 18 months old. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of Sandy Plains United Methodist Church. Jackie loved her grandchildren and enjoyed playing with them, and talking on the phone with her friends. In addition to her parents, Jackie was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Gaddy and son Keith Gaddy.

Grandchildren: Caroline, Adam, and Jacob Gaddy
1 Sister: Frances Smith of Greensboro, NC
