INTERMENT: will follow in the Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: is 2:00 - 4:00 PM, Friday, February 8, prior to the service at the funeral home

HISTORY: Mr. Burch was born June 26, 1931 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Ned James and Janie Sellers Burch. He was a former mechanic with the Chesterfield County School Bus Shop, and a retired machine mechanic with INA, USA. James Ellis was a U.S. Marine Veteran of the Korean Conflict, and was a lifelong member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. He enjoyed mowing grass and going on wrecker calls with his son. In addition to his parents, James Ellis was also preceded in death by two grandchildren: Brooke Burch and Ashley Burch; two brothers, Aubrey and William Burch; and by five sisters, Gladys B. Gaskins, Dorothy B. Gaskins,, Ivy B. Widejko, Sara B. Neighbors, and Eunice B. Davis.

4 Sons: James Ellis (Barbara) Burch, Jr., Allen (Mary) Burch, Timmy (Lori) Burch, and Charles Burch all of Chesterfield, SC
4 Grandchildren: Chrissy (Michael) Shaw, Katy Burch, Dustin Burch, and Skylar Burch all of Chesterfield, SC
1 Great Grandson: Landon Shaw of Chesterfield, SC
1 Sister: Shirley B. Douglas of Chesterfield, SC
