FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home Chapel

INTERMENT: to follow in the Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors.

VISITATION: 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. Friday, December 9, 2011 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.

HISTORY: Mr. Brock was born September 18, 1934 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Willie Thomas and Dora Gibson Brock. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam War, having served for 16 years. Mr. Brock was a retired employee of Aramark. He was a member and Deacon of Windsor Park Free Will Baptist Church, and a member of the American Legion Post 74. Perry enjoyed gardening, reading the Bible, watching movies, Christmas, being Santa Claus, and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Perry was also preceded in death by a brother Eleby Brock.

3 Stepdaughters: Laticia (Tommy) Rivers, Rose (Wayne) Gainey, and Judy (Randy) Turner all of Cheraw, SC
1 Brother: Gardner Brock of Columbia, SC
2 Sisters: Mary Turner and Juanita Mangum of Chesterfield, SC
Also 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, and Nieces and Nephews
