FUNERAL SERVICE: 4:00 PM, Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Patrick Baptist Church

INTERMENT: will follow in the Patrick Cemetery

VISITATION: is 5:00 -7:00 PM, Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home

HISTORY: Mr. Polk was born May 2, 1940 in Patrick, SC, a son of the late Charlie Robert and Bertice Ingram Polk. He was a retired Sonoco Products Company employee with 38 years of service, and a member of the Old Timers Club. Bo also worked part time after his retirement for 11 years with the SC State Park. He was a charter member of the Patrick Rescue Squad with 20 years of service, and was a former member of the SC National Guard. Mr. Polk was a member of Patrick Baptist Church. Bo enjoyed fishing, NASCAR racing, sports, and spending time with his grandsons. In addition to his parents, Bo was also preceded in death by two sisters, Maggie P. McLain and Emma Jean P. McLain.

1 Daughter: Kammi Polk (Greg) Brock of Patrick, SC
3 Grandsons: Wade, Alec, and Clay Polk
1 Brother: Charlie R. (Roberta) Polk, Jr. of Patrick, SC
1 Sister: Louise Polk Rhyne of Patrick, SC
