Janet "Jan" Brock Lee

Jefferson, SC

          Mrs. Janet “Jan” Brock Lee, age 58, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. A Celebration of Life service will be 5:00 PM Friday, December 29, 2023 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Brent Taylor. The family will greet friends from 4:00 – 5:00 PM Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at a later date in the Jefferson Cemetery.

          Mrs. Lee was born October 19, 1965 in Laurinburg, NC a daughter of the late Harrison and Lois Steen Brock. She was a dedicated homemaker and devoted caregiver to many throughout her life. Jan was a member of Almetta Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers, but nothing brought her more joy than being “Mi-Mi” to her grandbabies.

          In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lee was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ryan “Freck” Lee; daughter, Kayla Dru Lee; brother, Tim Brock; and sisters-in-law, Debra L. Honeycutt, Cindy L. Marshall, and Sherry “Shi” Sellers.

          Survivors include her son, Kevin (Jade) Lee of Jefferson, SC; grandchildren, Hunter Lee, River Lee, and Jayse Arant; brother, Tommy Brock of Bennettsville, SC; sisters, Nancy Brock of Bennettsville, SC, and Lisa (Ricky) Oxendine of Clio, SC; brother-in-law, Terry Honeycutt of Jefferson, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
