Jeanne Marie Bakalik

Ms. Jeanne Marie Fairgrieve Bakalik, age 48, entered into rest on Monday, March 19, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be 5:00 PM Friday, March 23, 2018 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Rev. Melvin Keziah. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Bakalik was born in Kalamazoo, MI a daughter of Sonja Mollitor Field and the late Donald Fairgrieve. She spent her working career as a C.N.A. and devoted caregiver to many. Jeanne enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest, from singing, dancing, shopping, getting her nails done, and eating chocolate, she was always on the go and enjoying life.

Survivors include her children, Matthew Tyler, Johnelle (Jason) Ricketts, and Sarah Bailey all of Ruby, SC, and Jessica Tuttle of Battle Creek, MI; grandchildren, Brandon McClain, Kyrin Tyler, Alexavier Tyler, Adaylinn Tyler, and Leah Ricketts; mother, Sonja Field of Jefferson, SC; 3 brothers, Paul Smith of MI, Allen Weeks of TN, and Larry Richards of MI, also numerous nieces and nephews.
