HISTORY: Mr. Burr was born April 21, 1937 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Burman James and Mary Easter Tucker Burr. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Douglas Mill Baptist Church. Jerry enjoyed growing flowers and watching birds. In addition to his parents, Jerry was also preceded in death by his brothers, Burman J. Burr, Jr., and Donald Burr; and by a sister, Rosa Belle West
