Miss Jerry Frances Spell, age 57, entered into rest on Thursday, April 9, 2020 with her family by her side. Graveside services will be 4:00 PM Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens by Pastor Ricky Morton. A viewing will be held from 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM Saturday at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home under the guidelines set forth due to the COVID-19 restrictions. The graveside service will be streamed live beginning at 4:00 PM on the Miller Rivers Caulder Facebook page.
Miss Spell was born May 24, 1962 in Cheraw, SC a daughter of Folly Spell and the late Gwendolyn Clark Spell. Jerry was a member of Windsor Park Freewill Baptist Church and the church Ladies Auxiliary. She loved going to church, listening to gospel music, and meeting new friends at Chesco. Jerry also enjoyed working word search puzzles and watching movies.
In addition to her mother, Miss Spell was also preceded in death by a sister, Judy Faye Spell; and brother, Greg Spell.
Survivors include her father, Folly Spell of Cheraw, SC; sisters, Kathryn “Cookie” (Tony) Davis of Cheraw, SC, Debbie (D.J.) Sellers of Chesterfield, SC, and Linda (Roger) Marshall of Hillsville, VA; brothers, Billy Spell of Cheraw, SC, and Harry (Della) Spell of Fate, TX; close friend of family, Laticia Rivers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
