HISTORY: Mr. Haire was born May 17, 1934 in Pageland, SC a son of the late James Franklin and Ruby Lee Price Haire. He was a retired farmer. In addition to his parents, Jessie was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth H. Steen.
