HISTORY: Mr. Joplin was born May 23, 1968, in Monroe, NC, a son of the late J. L. Joplin, Sr. and Roxie Mills Joplin. He was an employee of ALLVAC in Monroe, NC. Junior also enjoyed farming. In addition to his parents, Junior was also preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Joplin and by a brother-in-law Mickey Donahue.
