ENTOMBMENT: will follow in the Greenlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, with Full Military Honors
VISITATION: 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 14, 2012 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.
HISTORY: Mr. Ford was born July 3, 1935 in Charlotte, NC a son of the late Joe Nick and Mable Freeman Ford. He was a graduate of East Mecklenburg High School and attended Chesterfield-Marlboro TEC. Joe was a retired Chief Petty Officer with the U.S. Navy with 21 years of service, and served during the Viet Nam War. He was also was former owner and operator of Joe and Dee Nashville South and was a retired employee of Western Craft. In addition to his parents, Joe was also preceded in death by his wife Delores "Dee" Holtzclaw Ford, a son, Robbie Bruce Ford, a brother, Carl Pete (Edna) Ford and by a sister, Margaret (Jay) Redder.

Son: Joe Neil (Shelly) Ford, Jr. of Lancaster, SC
Daughter: Lisa Ford Jolly of Jefferson, SC
8 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren
Sister: Colleen Morrison of Powder Springs, GA.
